Capacity Building | Institutional Strengthening Specialist	Post Graduate Degree in Development Sector Or Graduate Degree in Development Sector Or Diploma in Development Sector Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and capacity-building programs.
Social Development Specialist	Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences Or Graduate Degree in Social Sciences. Or Diploma in Social Sciences Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in undertaking social and community development initiatives and appraisal in the municipal environment.
MIS Specialist	Post Graduate/Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science Or Post Graduate/Graduate/Diploma in Electronics Or Post Graduate/Graduate/Diploma in MCA/PGDCA Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organizations / Private companies of repute
